Diamond crowns and segments are attachments for drilling tools in the form of a hollow cylinder, the cutting edge of which is covered with diamond segments. They are designed for drilling holes in dense building materials (reinforced concrete, brick, granite, marble, natural stone, etc.). Diamond segments are the cutting elements of a diamond crown soldered onto the body. During the production of segments, diamond chips are mixed with metal powder (a bundle). With special presses, the resulting mass is molded into diamond segments of various shapes and baked.
